Position to be filled:
Nautical Workshop Manager (M/F)
You will be fully autonomous in collaboration with management on the organization and formation of "nautisme" technicians/mechanics teams.
You will be responsible for:
- managing technicians/mechanics,
- transferring skills to your teams.
- mechanics (repowering, electricity, electronics),
- customer service contact,
A boating license is a plus.
Company housing possible after the trial period.
Employment type: Full-time, Permanent contract
Working hours: 35 Hours
Gross salary: Annual from 33,000.00 Euros to 45,000.00 Euros over 12 months, Housing included
